There's a Place for You at Virginia Avenue! 

The Bluefield Union Mission was organized by a group of Christian business men on October 13, 1931. These men saw a need for such an agency in depths of the Great Depression.

Then, as now, the Mission's Board of Directors is composed of Representitives from almost every church in the Bluefield area -- a fact that has played an important role in its success in spreading the gospel and in caring for the needy of a wide area, of which Bluefield is the center.
